Nakitta was incredible helpful and worked with me to make me comfortable on the purchase of a used 2019 Chevrolet 1500 RST. And the service didn’t stop there. The financing office (forget his name) was SO good. He went over everything patiently, answered all my questions and had a lot of great one like zingers. All in all, I’d do business anytime going forward and as someone who has never owned a Chevrolet vehicle, I believe I am a Chevy fanboy now.

Let me start off… I think everyone was super friendly!! The staff is amazing! However, it did take forever for my parts to arrive and the worst part was that I have a million grease /fingerprints all over the hood and around my car. Truly disappointed in that! Horrible pictures because of the lighting. I was not gonna leave a review, but after several text messages asking me to do so here you go.

I purchased a Bolt, and it is a blast. Even better, my buying experience was fantastic and a breeze. T.J was informative and made sure I was comfortable with making the leap to my first EV. Mark got me through the paperwork clearly and efficiently, and followed up right away with even a small fix that could have been easily been lost in the shuffle. I’m extremely satisfied with the car and the excellent sales service I received at Platinum Chevrolet. I even got a call from Jessica, making sure that I was happy with my purchase and experience! The Bolt is renowned for needing very little service, but when I do, I’ll be coming back.

The best experience I've had at a dealership. They took care of all my questions, made sure I knew what was going on. The dealership as a whole made me feel like a valued customer. The financing was explained simply and clearly. I got the price I negotiated with no extra sales pushes. I will definitely come here again for another car.

Always a great experience working with Odin and rest of the wonderful team. They make me feel comfortable and always let me know what should be done next to keep my car up to date and running properly. Highly recommend trying them out for your next service
