Best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle! If you are looking to purchase, or just looking to look I highly recommend coming to see Ryan Shank. Ryan warmly greeted us and got information for what we were looking for. He took the time to find out what was important to us and asked questions to determine the best fit. Then he showed us different options that would fit our needs. Ryan really understands and nicely explained all the different features to us. He didn't waste time showing us things outside our budget but instead gave a couple different options and then we took one for a test drive. While on the test drive Ryan kept pointing out all the different features and explained how everything worked. We had planned on going to a few dealerships to compare different vehicles but never made it anywhere else. We felt valued and that we had his full attention. Great value for our trade in as well! We also had a great experience with Tinh Thai the finance manager who explained the different options for warranty and services. He worked within our budget for the best deal. I picked up my new 2026 Mitsubishi RVR SE AWC and I’m very happy with the vehicle and the service I received. Stephanie was extremely helpful, patient, organized, and honest throughout the whole process. She took the time to answer questions, coordinate everything efficiently, and made the delivery experience very comfortable and stress-free. What I appreciated most was the genuine customer service and practical advice instead of aggressive sales pressure.
