So my mom car gets towed by this company in Tupelo ms . I call them to ask how much it will be to come get it . The man laughs at me and tells me they don’t work on Sunday … When I inform him his Facebook page and google says he was open he laughed at me and wouldn’t tell me how much it would be to get it out . So my husband calls up there and he tells my husband I can come get my mom’s car for 150$. Monday morning! My husband and I pull up to get the car this morning about 9 and the man tells us we can’t get the car because the car wasn’t in our name. But it was still 150$ to get the car . So my mom takes off comes to get me and we go get the car we get there and the woman in the office tell us it’s 250$ After we explain to her what the man said he pulls up . Then tells me he never spoke to me and he never lets Cars go for that low. Then laughs at me as I am calling him out on his lies ! False advertisement and lying to your customers just for an extra dollar is not a flex AT ALL ! Do better or shut down . Better Business Bureau has been called ……

DO NOT USE! My wife was rear ended by a drunk driver. This company was on the list to use with Tupelo Police Dept. and the towing fee was $175 and they were asked to deliver it to a body shop in town. THEY DIDN'T, they said no one was there so they couldn't leave it without getting payment. (my wife could have come there and paid them, had she been contacted) The accident occurred on a Saturday so we couldn't get it until Monday and they charged us $40 each day for storage which brought parking the vehicle at their place to $120, which was unreasonable. I was involved in a car accident 2 weeks ago. The TPD had my car towed from the scene by Platinum Motors and now THEY own my car. Nice lady receptionist said maybe the Manager, Glen, could help me out. 2 days later they've filed papers to take possession of my 2009 Dodge Charger R/T. Thats some kinda help. Within 72 hours of finding out my insurance company wasnt covering the accident, they took full possession of my vehicle. NEVER TRUST THESE PEOPLE.
