Bought a 2021 Chevy Traverse from MIKE. This was out 4th dealership we had been to looking for the right vehicle and right loan terms. Wow! Mike made the deal happen, got a price we were happy with and actually made the process PLEASANT! We had to return the car for a minor repair, he was personally on top of it from start to finish! When it was not completed on agreed time (not their fault..wrong part was delivered), he had mechanic go to dealer out of town and get the part personally, then made sure we were "compensated" for the extra time (2 hours) they had the car! Just when you think there are not any "honest" salesmen left...we met MIKE! Thank you! You gave integrity back to car dealers!
