I had been looking and trying to get a car for over 3 months, I have never had credit in my life so the terms I was looking for were not being able to come to light anyway until I walked in to Plaza auto center on 32nd thanks to these 2 men I was able to get the car I wanted at the price I wanted and the payments I wanted. So if you are having trouble financing a car I recommend you come here thank you.

I would give them a -10 if I could. These guys are nothing but liars and cheaters. Every second word that comes out of their mouth is a lie and that’s been proven and once they start digging a hole, they dig deeper and deeper. I tried to buy a vehicle from them because, I was referred to them by someone else who had bought his vehicle there. He said they were very nice and didn’t have any issues with them. Come to find out he’s got lots of issues and there’s lots of things with the vehicle he bought that he has to fix when they told him everything was great with the car. You have to nail to try and get them to fix something and they tell so. Many lies that you can’t even trust them that they’ll fix it properly. I ended up trading the vehicle I bought from them when I went to Chapman Chrysler and that dealership is one of the best dealerships I’ve been at. I would highly recommend going to Chapman Chrysler and buying something from them because you know they’re not gonna lie to you. These guys are crooked. They tell you whatever they need to tell you to make a sale and once they have the money forget it, man. Would never recommend this dealership. They even lied on doing the registration. They said they look after the registration on the vehicle which they did they got it registered. They charge me the registration fee after license plate came in. They said I owe him another 150 bucks. They told me that the plate would come directly to my place and they lied at that too. It got delivered to their place so now if I want it, I have to pay them the extra $150 of which I don’t need the plate anymore because I traded the vehicle And I’m getting a legitimate vehicle from Chapman for cheaper than they would sell me a used one. The salesman that was dealing with me was the only thing that was legitimate in that place and he ended up quitting because they were telling so many lies that he couldn’t stand any longer, Plaza is just as bad as the rest of them and he’s never there half the time so that’s their excuse for lying. There’s something wrong with almost every vehicle they have on that lot. I would not buy anything on that lot from them because I wouldn’t have the confidence that there wasn’t something seriously wrong with the vehicle. Do yourself a favor stay away go by somewhere else and you will have the least amount of issues because you can’t rely on anything. These guys tell you. Now I have to go and spend another $150 just so I can get my plate so I can go to DOT and get a refund on my plate. And then I’ll find out from DOT what the cost of it was. Go to someplace more legitimate and don’t believe the advertising they do on their website because I’m sure none of it is true and if it is, it’s history because you know they haven’t won any Dealerships since 2018.

A used car salesmen calling someone out of the city of Yuma to then not have the time or professional courtesy to speak with me on the phone. If I could rate less than 1 star, I would. These people called me. I tried returning their phone call and they have been dodging my phone calls for a few hours. They probably allow customers to use fraudulent information and don’t take ownership. Tony Plaza, if you are reading this, please call me back.
