Wanting to give a huge shout out to Kristen I recently had a brake line go out on my new ram. She was amazing she got with warranty dept immediately and handled it very professional and fast ! On top of that had me in a rental until my truck was done by the very next day. Also thank you to Paul for finding the correct part and getting it put on by 5 the next day. Great job guys !!!

A nail found its way onto one of the tires so I arrived at the dealership without an appointment. Joe was very kind and patient with our encounter. He was also very quick to get me back on the road again. I would highly recommend him and the staff.

When we pulled in the lot to look for a new jeep family car we were greeted within the first 5 mins of being there. But it wasn’t pushy like most car salesman when they walk up to you. Alec walked up to us and started talking to us like we were just people, he found out our names and talk to us about stuff that had nothing to do with cars at first, which I found very personable. Like he was actually just interested in getting to know us. Even though he was new to the dealership and working there, he didn’t have a lot of experience with jeeps, he was able to answer questions and get information. I liked when I would ask a question about something specific, and he would say “I’ll get right back to you on that and I’ll ask somebody who knows” instead of saying or making up like he knows all about the product. I also found that a plus. He stayed late with us to finalize the sale. Thank you to Josh Crowe, for giving us the best deal on the car and supporting our family. We have always had wonderful experiences with you buying our cars over the many years. Not only are you a longtime friend of our family, but somebody who truly cares about families in general. I also love the feel of being in the dealership since it was my first time, I love the fact that Christian music was playing on the over head the whole entire time we were there with our family. It made us feel like we were at home while we waited. I highly recommend going to plaza Chrysler Dodge ram in Inverness since they are super family oriented and of Christian values.

This place was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC JOSH listen to everything that I wanted had my back to the fullest.. an was super super NICE every question I had he answered ...just super GREAT!! I definitely would RECOMMEND this place to anybody and I definitely will tell everyone I know ... thank you so much josh for being so awesome very much APPRECIATED!!......
