My husband and I recently purchased a new Lincoln Nautilus from Plaza Lincoln in Leesburg, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked through the door, we were treated with professionalism and courtesy. Our salesman, Masae Brown, was absolutely outstanding. He took the time to listen to what we were looking for, answered every question thoroughly, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire process. There was never any pressure—just honest guidance and exceptional customer service. Masae's knowledge of the Lincoln Nautilus was impressive, and he made the buying experience smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free. The Lincoln Nautilus itself is incredible—luxurious, comfortable, packed with technology, and a joy to drive. We couldn't be happier with our purchase. We stopped at Plaza Lincoln to look at cars and were greeted by Xavier Baker. We explained that we were just starting to look for a new vehicle. We weren't in any hurry, and wanted to take our time to find the right vehicle. Xavier was very kind, and patient, and totally understood where we were coming from. He took his time, heard all of the requests that I wanted in a new vehicle, and showed us several they had on the lot. We found the one we liked the most, and decided to sleep on it and think about our decision for a day or so. The next day, we did some Internet, searching, and called another dealership for the same kind of vehicle that we saw online. The person we spoke with came across very pushy. We decided to go in person to do some more viewing a vehicles while we had the time. We ended up going back to Plaza Lincoln and working specifically with Xavier. Each person that we have come in contact with at Plaza Lincoln have gone above and beyond and answered every question that we had. They worked very hard on getting us a great trade on the vehicle that we already had and Xavier, in particular, stayed in contact with us, answered every question, and stayed late for two days in a row working with us. Xavier has gone above and beyond anything that we have ever seen from a car sales person. He took his time showing me how to connect my phone, showing me what each of the buttons in the car mean, giving us his numbers to contact him anytime we might have any questions, day or night! We are so impressed with Plaza Lincoln and Plaza Cadillac, that we will never shop anywhere else for another vehicle!

Scott was fantastic. He didn't try to pressure us in any way and was very friendly. Even when the car we came in to buy was being sold as we walked in the door, he still helped us stay positive and showed us another that wasn't even on the lot yet. He still didn't pressure us into a sale, but we ended up loving it even more than the other one. Everyone at the dealer seemed nice and greeted us. The finance guy (I can't remember his name for the life of me) was also awesome and made everything nice, easy, and straightforward.

If you decide to use this location. Robert is extremely knowledgeable and is not high-pressure. He gives you the information and leaves you to make the decisions. I purchased a 2020 Ford edge ST and have enjoyed it very much everyone at this location is extremely professional, and my experience was very very good thanks to everyone.

I purchased a used vehicle from Chris Corletta. I am getting up there in years, so I have previously bought many cars for the family and this was by far the easiest and best purchase. Chris was extremely friendly and helpful. He was patient (thankfully as I really wasn't sure which vehicle I wanted) and the purchasing process was smooth and quick.
