My experience at Plaza Nissan was definitely an elevated one. Edward was very helpful and personable. He and his manager tried their very best to help me with a somewhat challenging situation I had. They explained in details the issues and found the solution. Thank you Plaza Nissan..I will be back 👍👌

I am very disappointed with my experience at this Nissan dealership in Hamilton. I brought my Nissan Altima in for repairs on a warranty and was charged approximately $2,500 on top for replacing the rear rotors and caliper and computer reprogramming. I was also told I needed a new battery, which was bogus. Unfortunately, after paying this significant amount, the original problem still persists. I expected the issue to be properly diagnosed and resolved, especially considering the cost of the repairs. Instead, I spent a couple thousand dollars and am still dealing with the same problem. This has been frustrating, time-consuming, and has left me questioning whether the correct repairs were performed in the first place. Customer service should not end once the invoice is paid. When customers spend this kind of money, they deserve accurate diagnostics, effective repairs, and accountability when the issue remains unresolved. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership and would advise others to seek a second opinion before authorizing expensive repairs.

I recently visited Plaza Nissan for the first time, and I must say the experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the level of professionalism and customer care was clearly noticeable. A special thank you to Eric Sekharan (Operations Manager) and Elka Meiritz (Service Advisor). They both went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. What really stood out was how respectfully and attentively they treated customers—it didn’t feel transactional at all, but genuinely customer-focused. It’s rare to find a service team that combines efficiency with such a personal touch. Based on this experience, I’ll definitely be returning for future service needs and would confidently recommend them to others.

Visited May 9th, 2026. Was very impressed as the sales person Vince, came out to the lot to see if he could help us. Earlier that day, we stopped at another car dealership and walked around for 20 minutes and not one sales person approached us. Vince was very attentive to our needs and wants, and budget, and we found the perfect vehicle. We picked up our Nissan Rogue SV yesterday and are very happy with our choice!
