Experience in the showroom and driving was actually quite good, but thoroughly disappointed with the business practices of this place. Drove a significant distance to come in and look at cars that seemed good on paper. All that said, they have a policy you can only drive 5 miles for a pre-purchase inspection. This is NOT standard with ANY of nearly half a dozen places I've talked to and they make no exceptions talking to both Julian and Brandon on the phone. I was ready to purchase a vehicle pending good inspection until this was brought up and it's not anywhere on their website I can see or plainly laid out until you specifically ask. I have seen used sales through dealerships let me drive vehicles over 20 miles for inspection. This policy, to me, hints at trying to mask issues with their vehicles that can be hidden during a short drive with clearing codes or changing fluid and only become apparent after you purchase. This policy seems VERY shady and atypical among their competitors and makes trust really difficult. I would avoid on this practice alone. You can't expect customers buying 15 year old cars to not want someone they trust to look at the vehicle. It might work great if you know a guy close, but there are as many mechanics who hide problems as there are dealers who hide problems.

They let me know they had a specific model in stock once i called them. But i was looking for a specfic car. All the other cars on the lot look good as well. Mine didn't have any rust and looks maintenance by the last owner. so far two weeks after driving i have no problems with my car. I think another couple was there buying a car as the same time I was and they looked pleased with their purchase too. It was no pressure for me to buy one from them.

I bought a Honda pilot without purchasing the warranty. I had a local mechanic inspect it first and all looked good. Two days later a cell in battery shorted, the entire car shut down. A mechanic said I definitely needed a new battery and recommended a new alternator. The battery looked and tested finch before but just shorted. The alternator was running slightly low. I replaced both to out the issue behind me and contacted Julian and Brenden. They offered to pay 1/2 the cost to replace both battery and alternator. They were not held to a contract, just their word that they sold a reliable car…and they kept their word. I’ve had no problems with the pilot since. I will remember Julian and Brenden for my future car purchases. Thanks guys!
