I would highly advise anyone that needs any service work done, go somewhere else ! This place has horrible customer service and is also ran horribly by the manger Tim ! Got a quote for an oil leak, had an appointment to drop off Friday morning at 8:00 AM. Appointment and parts ordered by manager Tim, I dropped it off early the night before. I called Friday late afternoon to check on status of vehicle as this was quoted 4.2 hours. They informed me they had not even started on it yet, I was called at 11:00 AM Saturday morning and said vehicle was done. Go to pick up, absolutely covered in oil under car ! They said the oil filter housing was cracked, I asked for the old one they replaced, no cracks ! Imagine that, they then said it was the seals. I asked why the seals couldn’t be replaced for $260 cheaper ? They then informed me that they didn’t have time to replace a wheel speed sensor that was quoted and ordered by manger Tim. This place is an absolute joke ! Stay far away

I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business here. My experience has been extremely disappointing. Within just three months of owning the vehicle, it became clear that there were multiple temporary fixes and “band-aid” repairs done simply to make the vehicle sell. On top of that, I was told certain issues had been fixed, only to later find out they had not been addressed at all. That lack of honesty and follow-through is very concerning. Overall, I feel misled and taken advantage of. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this business. Please do your research and have any vehicle thoroughly inspected before committing.

Great place to go when looking for a vehicle. They helped me out alot. I recommend going to see Hunter Patrick, he is amazing and cares about his customers.

Disappointing. Tried buy a vehicle and submitted offer then they ask what color and interior and drive. Seriously?? It was on specific vehicle. Can they be disorganized? Clearly so!! If they cant get this correct you have to wonder about other er r aspects of the deal. I dont play games and clearly dont go along with their antics.
