Pogue Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM FIAT

I found the exact used RAM I wanted at this dealership via online advertisement. I am in Florida! I have a close friend that lives nearby and he checked it out well and it was exactly as advertised. We discussed our deal and made it work. A fairly big glitch happened on the day I picked the truck up and I could not be more pleased with Pogue's response and more importantly follow through. They did exactly what they said they would do and that is pretty rare today. Brandon was super easy to deal with through the whole process and I had an excellent buying experience.

I would highly advise anyone that needs any service work done, go somewhere else ! This place has horrible customer service and is also ran horribly by the manger Tim! Got a quote for an oil leak, had an appointment to drop off Friday morning at 8:00 AM. Appointment and parts ordered by manager Tim, I dropped it off early the night before. I called Friday late afternoon to check on status of vehicle as this was quoted 4.2 hours. They informed me they had not even started on it yet, 1 was called at 11:00 AM Saturday morning and said vehicle was done. Go to pick up, absolutely covered in oil under car ! They said the oil filter housing was cracked, I asked for the old one they replaced, no cracks! Imagine that, they then said it was the seals. I asked why the seals couldn't be replaced for $260 cheaper ? They then informed me that they didn't have time to replace a wheel speed sensor that was quoted and ordered by manger Tim. This place is an absolute joke ! Stay far away

I was greeted with a friendly face and a great personality. Showed me a car similar to one that I really liked. Price on his computer was $19,840. I put $2,000 down. When I got home, my brother sent me a ad from Pogue that advertised a $2,000 match to my down payment. This was never mentioned by the salesman nor the finance manager. I brought it to the salesman attention but of course it was “explained “ away which was not reflected on the paperwork.

Took my 2020 ram 2500 in for 3 recalls and figured the injection pump alone would take a day. 4hrs later I got a call my truck was ready to go. All the staff were very friendly and made me feel comfortable and confident my truck was being taken care of. I also purchased a vehicle from them during the ice storm of 09 and they went and got my Durango when the tractor trailer delivering it got stuck. I know where to go now for service and my next vehicle. Thank you all it was greatly appreciated

What a joke !! I stopped to look at a Wagoneer on lunch break that was on sale. . I walked in and some guy was leaning on the counter talking , and joking around with the lady sitting at the desk. I assume he was the manager , he never said hello , and didn’t even look at me even after I walked over to car in the show room. This gets better ! The salesman comes over , doesn’t even know the deal on the car . I have to stop and show him on my phone the deals , and also the incentives. Then he walks away after he said he was going to talk to his manager who I just saw walk in the office. 10 min later he comes out and said let me get some info from you my manager was going to get some lunch. There was not one person in the dealership , nor did they care if I was there. Good luck !! I would suggest have a little customer service , and maybe train your sales men to know their products. .
