I recently called to set up an appointment concerning a recall I received n my new purchase of a 2025 bronco. I received a prompt appointment, received a valet pick up and drop off of my vehicle, received a loaner vehicle, and when my vehicle was returned, it was spotless inside and out. All involved did an outstanding job!! Definitely a 10++++++ experience.

Ricky was great!!! Got me what I wanted at the price I wanted. Drove away with my Maverick truck very happy. The woman doing the paper work was very nice, sorry can't remember her name.

Overall from the counter service to getting the vehicle out was good ask them to please take notice of the rims when changing tires. They would not get scratched from the lug nut or impact. The only thoughts would be my time was 2 hours plus for waiting. Thanks again for taking care of us. We shall return
