Great team and service! We were traveling for the long holiday weekend and stopped to charge our car. Since we had some time and need a second car we visited the Pohanka Honda Dealer, my husband was interested in the CRV hybrid just to compare prices. We walked away with a 2026 CRV hybrid! We were treated amazingly from the moment we walked in the door. Amazing service and dedication to meet the needs and expectations of their guests. At the end of my shopping experience, I got A fair deal on a pre-owned CRV. Buyer be on alert! Come informed and well researched for the car you are intending to buy. I went in to look at a specific used car and a sales guy came up and started pushing us towards a new one. The sales guy Seemed to ignore what I was really looking ant and tried to push us to something new right away. I entertained it and we discussed budget and They told me I couldn’t get a car for the down payment and monthly payment for 60 months that I had told them. Which is true for the new car, but I had already done my calculations on the used car. They did attempt to try to get me at a monthly budget I could work with on the new car by extending the length of the term. They also were trying to charge me the original price of the used car until I brought up the online price which was almost $2000 cheaper, which they ended up, adjusting the cost to match. Then I went with the finance guy who tried hard to sell us on insurance and protection options. He was very insistent our used car didn’t come with any warranty, Which was untrue. The certified preowned car still had 4 years and 90,000 miles worth of powertrain warranty left on it. And frankly, if I wanted an additional warranty, I wouldn’t use their ethos insurance. At the end of the day, these are all typical car buying experiences that anyone should expect and be prepared for. If you’re an inexperienced or uneducated car shopper, then you may feel pressured and fall into their tactics. FWIW, it was also a warm day and they didn’t offer any cold drink drinks. I’ve definitely had better and worse experiences at a dealer. I would definitely rate this as exactly what I would expect when car buying.

This dealership has come through for me more than twice, and each purchase was straightforward with amazing deals.. Special shout out to Shavon, she was the one who found EXACTLY what I wanted 3 times and I cannot thank her enough. Everyone there are friendly and more than willing to assist. I had my A/C worked on and they beat the guestimated time, all the personnel were friendly and helpful, and my service was at what I considered to be a fair price.
