Didn’t try to low ball the value of my trade-in and ease to work on getting the right monthly amount I was comfortable with for the Ridgeline I was interested in. No pressure to buy additional packages and warranties, just a straight explanation of each of their benefits to see if they were interesting to me. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family when they’re ready for a new vehicle.

This was the best experience we’ve had at a car dealership. Everyone was personable, kind, and attentive to our needs for a vehicle. Ernest was our sales representative and was helped by Charles at times when things became busy. Nathan was the finance guy, and he was easy to talk to and also respectful and kind towards us. Overall it was a good experience and we enjoyed working with these guys. There were 2 young women at the front desk who also were very courteous. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

I am not really sure where to start. A Couple of great phone calls with Viviana and Luke on Saturday led to a road trip on Sunday to meet with Ernest and test drive a new Passport. As it Turns out that 1 test drive would evolve into 3 test drives among 2 Passports. I just want to say, the team effort it took to pull off those 3 test drives was quite remarkable. Ernest never skipped a beat and Jeremy came in clutch to clear up a Mfg snafu that made the entire trip one to remember. We had a wonderful conversation with Tim about our experience that day while Ernest was getting us lined up with Nathan in the finance department. Before the ink had dried Alex had dolled up our Passport prettier than a Brand New Penny..!! It was late, several hours after close and these folks were happily standing on business. Wesley will get you right if you are in the market for a Honda. An unmatched professional attitude but still a welcoming charisma. There is no better place to buy a honda this side of the DMV. A large facility with plenty of amenities ie. Food, cold and hot beverages, multiple lounge areas, and a pleasant crew and staff. Couldn’t recommend a dealership more.
