Picked up this awesome 19’ Macan from the folks over at Pohanka Lexus. If you happened to see my other review, let me explain. The evening I went to test drive this vehicle unfortunately a technician had spilled some oil in the engine bay which lead me to believe it had a mechanical problem. The team over at Pohanka were extremely quick to investigate to concern and keep me updated. A few days later, Kirk Schwartz (General Sales Manager) reached out and offered to pay for me to have the vehicle inspected with a third party independent of my choice and claimed with full confidence the vehicle was sound. I choose to have the vehicle inspected by the european vehicle specialist over at GT Peace and they found zero mechanical issues or concerns with the vehicle and noted the overall condition in great health. To conclude, mistakes happen. Kirk and Farshad were exceptional help and I would consider buying another used vehicle from here again in a heartbeat. The level of care to make sure I was comfortable and content with my purchase was far beyond any other dealer I’ve ever experienced. At the end of the day I got a fantastic deal on an awesome car I’ve wanted for a long time. Thanks again!
