We had a very positive experience purchasing our used vehicle from Pohanka Used cars in Salisbury Maryland. Our salesperson Patrick Gutierrez was young, but extremely professional, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. He really listened to what we were looking for and took the time to show us several options that fit our needs. What stood out most was that he was never pushy. He respected our opinions when we didn’t like certain vehicles and gave us the space to make our own decisions. We appreciated being able to test drive a few cars on our own, which made us feel more comfortable and confident in our choice. When it came time to negotiate the trade-in and purchase price, he remained patient and respectful. After a few rounds of back-and-forth, we were able to reach a fair agreement without any pressure. To top it off, when we couldn’t take the car home that day because it needed to pass Delaware inspection before temporary tags could be issued, he went above and beyond by personally delivering the vehicle to our home—about 30 miles away—the very next day. Pohanka associates were exceptional when you pull in someone is there to greet you. Everyone was friendly and courteous. I love the video portion of my experience. Over all experience fantastic. The wash service is poor my truck was still wet like it had never been wiped off.

Joel was truly amazing. His understanding, patience and honesty in the process, really made this experience not as stressful as it could’ve been. Both he and Robby the finance manager were truly a blessing to me. I can’t put into words how I feel about purchasing a brand new car, after all these years other than I’m speechless.
