Polestar Scottsdale

Steve at Polestar Scottsdale was great to work with. They had the car I was looking for as a dealer demo. Steve was able to give me significant discounts, better than the roughly 10 other Polestar dealerships I contacted. Car shipped to Seattle with all the computer updates done prior to shipping. Title and registration for Washington state was handled. I will certainly be reaching out to Steve for my next Polestar when this lease ends. I am extremely happy with my Polestar 3!

Recently purchased a CPO Polestar2 from Robbie who was helpful, knowledgeable and patient throughout my purchase. Robbie went out of his way to find the exact PS2 I wanted. The entire Polestar Scottsdale team was great to work with and made the purchase process far easier than other dealers. Very happy with my new car and hope to buy from Polestar Scottsdale again when the need arises.

The process of buying the car was very easy. Everything after that was a disaster. The salesman and space manager Steve quickly became unresponsive when issues arose surrounding my CPO warranty coverage (still not fixed after several requests) and the mandatory IRS filings associated with the EV tax credit. Customer service and doing the right thing are not a priority at this dealership.

Robbie was the first and only person we talked to. He was exceptionally kind, informative, and forthright. He was exceptionally knowledgeable on all models, which we were unfamiliar with. We had a Volvo lease, that we had to deal with, which Robbie again helped on how that would work. Sadly, we really like the Polestar 2, and it’s no longer available in the US. It was a real joy working with Robbie, a true asset to the Polestar team!
