I've been dealing with Policaro Wholesale’s Parts Department since July, and they are hands down the best Porsche parts departments. Zuhaib is incredibly knowledgeable, easy to deal with, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. Customer service like this is hard to find these days, and they truly set the bar. Horrible experience with JLR Waterloo that took multiple months to resolve. While that is put to bed, I tried to independently complain through Policaro Group... While I am certain internal conversations were had... no one from Policaro Group ever addressed the concern. Needless to say, that speaks volumes to me about the ownership (Policaro Group) and not the specific dealership I had a situation with. Further to that point, when it was Grand Touring Waterloo there were no issues... but back then the staff stuck around for more than a year or two...

Zahaib with the Wholesale Parts department had assisted us with a large project. He provided several diagrams and went through various inquiries without complaint.
