# Summary The dealership receives high praise from satisfied customers who commend the sales staff, particularly one salesman, for transparency, professionalism, and respectful treatment during vehicle purchases and delivery services. However, negative reviews highlight serious concerns about service quality, including incomplete repairs, failure to disclose known vehicle defects and recalls, and poor customer service recovery when issues arise.
I bought a truck from two years ago. It had a known problem when I bought it. They took it had it fixed and delivered it to my home in Williamsburg Kentucky. very nice people. The rollback has been a very good truck thanks guys
I had the pleasure of working with Mike Reddington in the purchase with my daughter and her first vehicle purchase.. 10/10 highly recommend with her being on call in the national guard, we had to have something capable, reliable, with a good warranty to back it up.. from meeting Mike, to shaking his hand right before we left with her first car, I felt like I was treated with respect and honesty and transparency the entire process.. the finance guy was a pleasure to work with as well.. all these guys are really setting the bar here with customer service!! I’ll definitely tell all my friends and be back for my next purchase. Good job guys! Go see one of the guys at Pop’s you’ll be glad you did

They will treat you right!! I can’t say enough positive things about the entire staff at POP’s Chevy!! Well done guys, well done.. Mike Reddington thank you again sir for all the help and transparency, the world needs more guys like ya! Go see Mike or one of the guys at Pops, you’ll be glad you did!!
This is frustrating because Ray was a nice guy, but ultimately I am facing issues with my car that I just realized - line up directly with my visit to Pops Chevrolet for a Four Wheel Alignment of which only the front wheels were addressed. The car was taken home from Pops and we took it out a couple of times up to town and back, a very short distance and began having issues with what we've found is referred to as "binding" and failing to perform the rear wheel alignment does contribute to the binding, as well as the fact that they allowed me to leave the lot in an unsafe car they knew was unsafe because there's a recall I just found out about that they had to have known about with the Rear Toelinks on my 2005 Cadillac SRX 4.6 that is in regard to weak welds. If those welds break the wheel will then turn independently and cause a crash - again, unsafe. On top of that, they failed to mention before I left that they didn't even touch the rear end to satisfy the "four wheel alignment", citing "checked rear and it was out, but no available parts", still not telling me before I left the lot. I only found out because I looked a little closer at the paperwork from October. Yeah, the car was fine before the visit to Pop's and has been broken down since and experiencing a Binding issue. Thanks Pops for really "taking care" of us. Now I'm stuck trying to figure out how to fix this, whatever they've done to it to try to get me to come back to them for repair. LUDICROUS. Take your vehicle elsewhere if you need ANYTHING.
My brother bought a Chevy Equinox this past SATURDAY. It broke down WEDNESDAY morning when he was coming home from an all-night shift at the hospital leaking a lot of what looked to be transmission fluid but could've been Dex-Cool. He had to walk the rest of the way home on Island Creek because there's no cell signal there. They told my brother that they refused to come and get it and that he'd have to bring it back in. I called and confronted them that picking it up and repairing it was the right and just thing for them to do after purchasing it just three days earlier. I cannot believe that after a vehicle had set on their lot for 80 days that they didn't know about the condition it was in. If they truly didn't look it over and sold it as a functioning vehicle OR if they looked it over and found the fault and refused to reveal that information and sold it as a functioning vehicle, the AG's Consumer Protection office needs to get involved. Craig/Greg from Sales (possibly Sales Manager) also threatened me saying that, if I wouldn't take down my negative Facebook posts of the situation, they would not help my brother at all. Craig/Greg asked if my brother was stupid because, if he wasn't stupid, he would've checked it out himself when he test drove it. Therefore, Pop's Chevy implies that customers can't trust that they will sell them a functioning vehicle in good condition. They then blocked me from their social media where I posted some things about the bad deal. My brother also noted that it took a very long time for the air to heat up in the cabin on his drive home. So, Pop's sold my brother a vehicle with either a leaky coolant system or a failing transmission, calling him stupid for not checking all out himself. Be very wary when dealing with Pop's. In my opinion, they should not be dealt with because they cannot be trusted AND they will even call you stupid. UPDATE: My brother paid someone to get his car transported back to Pop's instead of Pop's transporting it themselves. It turns out it was a failed transmission cooling line. Pop's replaced it . . . with one that doesn't properly fit. The new one instead runs close to at least two surfaces where it rubs against those surfaces. Over time, with vibrations from the engine and from driving it, the contact points will eventually abrade the cooling line and cause another failure.
