I had to make numerous text and emails and phone calls to try to buy a used car from them. I paid 500 less than asking price and it should’ve been a very easy transaction but drew out over 10 days. If the car wasn’t perfect, I would’ve walked

I purchased my Porsche a couple years ago right when Swickard took over the dealership. In that time I’ve brought my car in for service and it’s been fine. However, yesterday was exceptional. I’ve noticed a change in the level of service that I always hoped for from Porsche but was never really getting. Jackson was amazing! He tried to convince me the service would only take four hours which had never been true in the past but he was spot on! I got a text link to view and pay the invoice online, my loaner was super nice, and the whole process was quicker than I expected. Thanks guys!

I wish I could rate zero star. I’m writing about my terrible experiences from Porsche Anchorage during four years as a customer. 1. I scheduled transmission service appointment at at least two weeks ago. Well, I’m on the way to my 9:30 AM appointment today, I received a text message that the parts has not arrived yet so they are not ready for my appointment and right now is 9:05 AM and I’m already on the Gellen highway from Wasilla . They had plenty of time to give me the notice, but they give me a last last minute cancellation without any apologies. I called the office and wanted to complain to the office manager. The office manager refused to talk to me and sent me to a voice message directly. 2. Last weekend I expressed to one of the sale guy over there that I’m looking for a bigger vehicle and later on I received a couple of messages about some cars information, but they put my name wrong as a guy’s name “Nichole”. 3. Last year I called the sale department and looking for a used Cannyan. The salesman on the phone asked what I do for living before moving forward. Maybe he thinks he is too good to help everyone so he needs to check people’s income before spending his time on customers. Overall, this place is full of unprofessional and rude people. Nice car but unfortunately junk service.

Hi the customer service part was good everyone super helpful every employee I came in contact with but my car detail was kind of sloppy as seen in picture for the price I paid for detail I figured I’d have a better outcome and when I come to pick up my car they informed me that my car needs additional work done if they would’ve just informed me before they text and told me the car was done I would’ve had them fix everything else that needed to be done. Now I have to try to make another appointment to get the rest of the work done wouldn’t be a big deal but I do not live in town so hard get ride back and forth. Beside that I enjoyed my experience.
