Decided to bring my 2023 Macan for my 40k Major service… first time at Porsche Atlanta Northwest. I’m This dealership is an experience… my Service Advisor was Eric Young, made me feel comfortable, at ease, & I quickly realized Eric loved this Brand as much as I do. Helped me explain what I should do & what is next for my Macan. The tech sent a video of what he saw and showed/explained what needed to be replaced… loved this! Eric also provided a tour of this amazing facility. It is truly a wonderland for Porsche Enthusiasts. It was a great experience, I have found my new home away from home ❤️. I recently purchased my Porsche from Porsche Atlanta Northwest. I picked her up this past Friday (5/22). The entire experience from start to finish was outstanding. My Porsche Ambassador, Chris Thomason, was exceptional throughout the whole process. He constantly kept me updated during the CPO process with photos, videos, and communication that made me feel completely involved and confident in my purchase. That level of attention honestly made the wait exciting instead of stressful. When I arrived for pickup, Chris took the time to personally walk me through the entire facility and then spent a significant amount of time inside the car explaining every feature, button, setting, and function. He made sure I fully understood the vehicle before leaving, which says a lot about the level of professionalism and care he puts into his clients. I also want to recognize Ricky Robbins in finance. We had such a wonderful and seamless buying experience with Jennifer Cotten. We traded our Macan GTS for a Lexus GX550.
