I’ve been coming to Porsche Austin Service for 5 years. I’ve always had a great experience; never once an issue. I trust my service advisor, Brett Weldon, implicitly. I’m a DIY guy but some things I don’t want to do. Yes, it’s a dealership, it’ll be expensive but it’s a fair trade off for use of loaners, waiting lobby, and hey, you get to hang out in a Porsche dealership. I always felt Porsche Austin is transparent and honest with pricing. I’ve had services end up less than the quotes which I feel speaks to their transparency and I’ve felt the pricing to be petty fair.

Oscar Garcia is easily the best sales professional that we have encountered. We liked him so much we purchased two Porsche in one year!!!! The staff at Porsche Austin are second to none, friendly and helpful. The customer service here will spoil you! JL

I highly recommend this location and in particular, Anthony Vincent, our assigned sales person. Not only can he install license plates in under 30 seconds! (Yes he took that bet with our 11-yr old son), he is a pleasure to work with and focused entirely on making the experience the best experience humanly possible.
