I had my maintenance service done at Porsche Bellevue for the first time, and the experience was great! My service advisor, Anastasia, was very professional. She kept me in the loop with timely text message updates and secured me a loaner car immediately so I didn't have to wait. She listened to my battery concerns carefully and was able to arrange a warranty replacement at no extra cost. She even lowered the service price because my car has lower mileage. The car was returned in great condition with all issues resolved. I'm very happy with this experience and will definitely return for future services. I deducted one star because of the sales experience. After booking my service appointment online, I received an email from Dariya asking if I'd like to browse their new and pre-owned vehicles during my visit. I replied within a few hours asking about wait times and whether there are any markups on a new 911, but never received a response. It left me feeling like she wasn't particularly interested in earning my business. I'll be looking elsewhere for my next purchase.

This was my second visit to this place today. When I first came here last year, I was honestly surprised by how fast and kind everyone was. At the time, I thought maybe I had simply been lucky, because you really cannot judge a place based on just one visit. For that reason, I am always careful about writing reviews after only a single experience. Today I brought my car in for an oil change at my scheduled appointment time. The service center provided me with a courtesy vehicle so I could go back home and wait while the service was being completed. I was told that the oil change and a system update might take around three to four hours, which I thought was reasonable. However, a little over two hours later, my car was already ready. What impressed me even more was their level of service. The courtesy vehicle actually came to pick me up from my house and brought me back to the service center so I could pick up my car immediately and head home. The entire process was incredibly smooth, efficient, and professional. This place truly has fast and highly professional experts. Over the years I have owned several cars and visited many different service centers, but in my personal experience this place stands out as the best. It is a place where truly outstanding professionals work, and somewhere you can confidently bring a car that you truly care about. In the past, I had a frustrating experience at another service center. Even though my car was brand new and still under warranty, they performed multiple inspections without even asking me first and ended up charging me a surprisingly large amount of money. That experience made me distrustful of service centers in general. However, my experience here was completely different. When I mentioned a concern and asked Nicole whether a certain inspection should be done, she was completely transparent and told me that it was not necessary right now and that it would be better to do it next year. That kind of honesty is something you do not see very often. I would especially like to thank Nicole and technician Gavin. They are true professionals and made the entire experience smooth and impressive. Today’s experience was truly excellent. The speed, the professionalism, and the transparency were all outstanding. I can confidently say that this is one of the best service experiences I have ever had. I truly, truly recommend this place to anyone who cares about their car and wants service from people they can trust.

I get my Panamera serviced here that I didn't purchase from here. I already have had 2 moderate issues with the car, with the car being under 35k miles. Historically my experience would be dread going to the dealer, but my service consultant Matt Moody makes it a fantastic experience that I almost don't mind going in to fix the car. Especially since I live 85 miles away. His communication, attention to detail, and him being an overall great human is what makes it a great experience. My car is a full wrap color change ppf and the car wash the staff does when I get it back is also fantastic. It looks like I just got it out of a high end detail shop. Fingers crossed that the next time I go in is for maintenance work and not repairs.

I had an amazing experience purchasing my Cayenne at Porsche Bellevue. Kevin and Rob were a pleasure to work with, knowledgeable, professional, and easy throughout the entire process. Jared in finance was also fantastic and made everything smooth and straightforward. The whole team made the experience seamless, and I genuinely enjoyed working with them.
