Michelle went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of while my car was in for service. Her customer service was exceptional—she was friendly, attentive, and kept me informed throughout the process. The entire service team did a fantastic job, and my vehicle is now running great. Dropped our car off for a service appointment. Had to add to the original scope of work due to a roadside emergency. Kyle Miller and team were not only able to accommodate, they went above and beyond rectifying a warranty issue that I didn't even bring up.

I am a mother. I came to celebrate one of the most important days of my son’s life at Porch, and I was treated like a problem instead of a patron. I spent hundreds of dollars at this establishment — hundreds — supporting their business, tipping their staff, celebrating my child’s achievement. And how did they repay me? By cutting me off. Me. A grown woman, a mother, at her son’s graduation. I was not causing a scene. I was celebrating. There is a difference, and the staff at Porch apparently cannot tell them apart. I have never been so humiliated in my life. If you plan to spend good money here expecting to be treated with dignity and basic respect, think twice. They will take your dollars and then treat you like you’re disposable the moment they decide they’ve had enough of you — regardless of how much you’ve contributed to their bottom line. Shame on you, Porch. My son deserved better. So did I. Do not go to porch- anywhere else on 17th…..pathetic place to celebrate.
