Amazing experience with the team at Porsche Centre Kelowna! I recently brought my new 911 in for its first service and this dealership stands out. I brought my two young boys along, who are absolutely obsessed with Porsche, and the team went above and beyond to make the visit special for them. A huge thank you to Nathan, Evan, and the entire team for taking the time to make my kids' day. They left with some great Porsche goodies and big smiles on their faces. It's those personal touches that make all the difference. The customer service was outstanding, the service appointment was seamless, and there was an incredible lineup of cars to admire in the showroom. Highly recommend Porsche Centre Kelowna to anyone looking for a first-class Porsche experience!

After four frustrating weeks stranded with a local mechanic who clearly didn’t have the expertise to repair my 2019 Cayenne S, Porsche Centre Kelowna was an absolute game-changer. From the moment the car arrived, Adam and Jason stepped in with true white-glove service. Communication was exceptional—clear, timely, and professional throughout. They took full ownership of the situation, handled the warranty parking brake actuator and module replacement, and ensured all repairs and reprogramming were done properly. A thorough re-diagnosis uncovered additional rear brake issues, including broken pads and a gouged rotor. Photos and a clear estimate were emailed to me so I could make an informed decision—total transparency, no pressure. Remarkably, the entire repair was completed in about four days. Add to that outstanding phone and text communication, impeccable professionalism, and a shop so clean it looked showroom-ready, and this was hands-down one of the best service experiences I’ve had. After nearly six weeks off the road, I couldn’t be more grateful. Porsche Centre Kelowna set the bar exactly where it should be. Huge thanks to Adam, Jason, and the entire team—well done.

Even though I bought my Porsche elsewhere, everyone at the dealership has welcomed me to the Porsche family. From service to parts to sales they have all been friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.

Purchased a 2019 Macan S in late 2025 and was very impressed with everyone I dealt with at Porsche Centre Kelowna. Hi praise to Jared through ever aspect of the sales process. Within minutes of my initial inquiry, he reached out then answered my many questions promptly, and went to great lengths to ensure I was fully informed about the vehicle. Within several days I was confident I found the right car even before I had seen it. Once we agreed on a fair purchase price with support from Evan, Costa outlined the final sale process and additional value-add items for my consideration - with no pressure. Despite buying just before Christmas, my car was ready - including installation of PPF, new winter tires and rims - when I arrived in late December to drive back to Calgary. Despite sketchy road conditions, the car drove as expected - superb. Porsche Centre Kelowna earned my trust through transparency and a commitment to client service. I only wish they were located in Calgary for future service but that may be an excuse for a road trip back to Kelowna! I apologize for not getting this review in sooner , we bought our 2025 Macan in Sept and then went away for awhile.. Can’t say enough good things about Jarrett he was our super salesman, so polite and never pushy ..answered all our questions and waited patiently for us to decide….we were happy with everyone we had to deal with at this dealership ..So if you’re thinking about a Porsche we highly recommend Kelowna. Dealership…we are still getting used to everything this vehicle has to offer but Loving our Macan…
