What a great experience I had at this dealership I’m from Vancouver Island and corresponded with Vinay over the phone for a couple days in regards to a 911. He went out of his way to send me videos answer numerous phone calls and questions really took the time to explain things to me when we arrived at the dealership. We were a little overwhelmed on how amazing it was. The service was great. The hospitality was great. The purchasing experience was very good. I can’t say enough about this place. Freddy was truly a pleasure to work with! He was incredibly friendly, patient, and detail-oriented throughout the entire process, always taking the time to answer all of our questions and making sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. Since we had appointments scheduled in advance, each visit felt well-organized with plenty of time for communication. He was also very thoughtful, often checking in to see if we needed water or anything else. On delivery day, Freddy prepared a beautiful pickup experience for us, along with some thoughtful gifts, which made the moment even more special. We felt very well taken care of! What we appreciated most was how attentive he was, even after delivery, he continued to check in with us to make sure everything was going smoothly. He also kindly helped us install our dash cam, which meant a lot to us :) Overall, Freddy made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.
