Brought our 2010 911 Targa 4 in to. Replace the inner and outer CV boots on the front axles. These were found to be leaking on my previous visit. Lucas scheduled the work and the parts were ordered. Too almost 4 weeks to get all the needed parts in, the delay was not the CV boots and related hardware, it was the high temperature axle grease from Germany. This should definitely be stocked in the Porsche Canada warehouse. (Not a Pfaff issue). Sal worked on the car and ensured all of the work was done to spec. Sal really ensured accuracy and the car was returned very clean in the front end where the boots were replaced. The alignment was spot on, best it has been since we have owned the car. Having this type of important work done at a top Porsche dealer is important and leaves me with confidence that everything was done well.

Our Cayenne needed a service done, some parts had to be ordered from Germany and therefore there was a wait. Lucas, our service advisor, kept us up to date daily on progress. He went way over and above what he needed to do. My wife and I were quite impressed with him, his team and the service that Porsche Vaughan gave to us. The facility was clean, the employees were professional and we left with a proper working vehicle.
