I recently bought my “new-to-me” Buick from Porsche Centre Winnipeg — I know, who goes to a Porsche dealership to buy a Buick? Lol. But I have to say, my overall experience was wonderful. Steven was my sales representative and he was both funny and fair, which made the whole process relaxed and enjoyable. My finance manager (I’m so sorry I can’t remember his name!) was incredibly kind and shared some great stories while we went through the paperwork. He made me feel more like a guest than a customer. The vehicle did have a small aesthetic part missing when I picked it up, but Porsche made it right without hesitation. I also have to give a huge shoutout to Mackenzie. She was absolutely amazing! She made me feel acknowledged and heard, took care of all the details, and truly went above and beyond for me. She communicated with me and checked in every step of the way, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I had seen that some of the used car reviews weren’t the greatest, but I can honestly say my experience was a very positive one. Thank you to the team for making this such an enjoyable purchase!

I had a great service experience with Zhaoyi at Porsche. His email responses were always very prompt and professional, which made the whole process smooth and reassuring. My vehicle required service due to a battery-related issue. Zhaoyi conducted a thorough inspection, clearly explained the situation, and successfully resolved the battery problem. In addition, he proactively identified other components that were covered under warranty and arranged for their replacement. I really appreciated his attention to detail, professionalism, and customer-oriented attitude. Highly recommend working with Zhaoyi if you are servicing your Porsche!

I was working with Matthew closely from Thunder Bay on a used vehicle and trying to trade my own in. Although I have not reached a conclusion, I would go to Matthew 100% as he will do everything to get somewhere with you! UPDATE MAY 1: We finally made it to the finish line and I got my Maserati.
