The service department is beyond first class!! Andrew Olson is so helpful. He is a great listener and always addresses a multitude of questions I always have for him. We have a beautiful Macan that we love and they take great care of it!! It doesn't matter if you have the highest end 911 or a Base Macan like we have, they are going to treat you like a VIP!!! They are the BEST!!!
This dealership offers the most high quality experience I have ever experienced, they go above and beyond, constantly, to make Porsche ownership feel like a dream. They truly make you feel like part of a family, an exclusive club, but not in a snobby way, in a warm and welcoming way. I would never buy from any other dealer. Only in town for a couple of months, and have found a new favorite dealership 😍 Our Service Advisor, Andrew Olson took great care of us. When we returned home and experienced a minor related issue that our local Porsche Dealer wanted to charge us for, Julio Estrada, Porsche Colorado Springs Service Manager went to bat for us to have those charges waived!
Nancy and John made my purchase seamless and pleasurable. I bought a used certified 997 and they took the time to contact and coordinate the sale and transportation of the car to Tampa. Lupe was Awesome! My daughter wanted to stop just to get pics and check them out and Lupe was too nice, didn't talk down to us or anything. Walked through the store with us explaining the cars and talked to us like humans even hook my daughter and my self up with some Porsche swag and Lupe made a 12 year olds day! So thankful for the experience!
