I traded in my G63 for this white Cayenne. Jared helped me to go through all this process very efficiently and kindly. Sales manager said hi and a very smart and elegant lady (you can tell from the look) said how I can go back without some nice gifts. Of course those are sweet surprises to go home with a brand new car and a cup, nice notebook and sparking wine. Highly recommended for the service and professionalism. I brought my 2021 Cayenne in for an oil change. I don't live near Conshohocken so the when it was in fir service, service guy from porsche said you need an oil change and three tires had to be replaced, Got the service done., got home and I found a couple issues, my center cap was changed to an old one and my three other center caps are still perfect, but they must've lost my center cap and put an old one on because you could see it's discolored and any other three are in perfect condition, 2nd problem . The oil light magically came on whenni arrived at home, saying it was over full. Then I was forced to drive all the back to Porsche Back to the dealership, service tech, let some oil out, then drove home again , when I got home the oil light magically came on again , came on that it was over full still, Had to reschedule an appointment come all the way back to the dealership Had to wait for them to drain the oil, so after I told the service manager, my cat was missing and they She ordered one for me and then forced me Got to the dealership, This is totally wrong and unprofessional. not everybody experienced a bad situation I did and I just feel it's wrong and I had this experience at this dealership., there's no reason why I have to go back to this Dealership three times to have my oil change correct and a fourth time to go replace the cap that I didn't lose and I have to pay for it

Only good things to say about Porsche conshohocken. I trusted them with my classic Porsche and they took great care of it. The technician sent a video of my vehicle and explained what was good and what needed attention. Check in and check out was very smooth and everyone I spoke with at the dealer were exceptionally nice. I appreciated the ability to text with my service advisor about the status of my car.

The entire team made the process of buying my new car the easiest and smoothest experience possible. The sales team was excellent, with no pressure. The manager was very attentive. The whole team did everything they could to make us comfortable and to make buying our latest vehicle an overall great experience. We are from Maryland and drove over an hour and a half to check out the inventory because the car was so competitively priced. I Would recommend them!
