I was searching nationally for a lightly used Cayenne with specific equipment and found it at Porsche Downtown LA. When I called the dealership I was connected with Alex, who answered all questions in a straight forward, pressure-free manner. I was too short of time to fly out, so if I was to buy this car, it would have to be sight-unseen. Alex's excellent videos and pictures, Porsche's CPO process, along with a third party structural inspection, gave me the confidence to go ahead with the purchase. Thats where Karla, the dealer business manager, stepped in. She couldn't have been nicer, more patient as she walked me through the complex out-of-state paperwork process, keeping everything clear and organized. When my car finally arrived, it was BETTER than I had expected! Businesses are built on their people. My experience with Porsche Downtown LA, showed me why its one of the top Porsche dealers in the country. My experience couldn't have been better. Highly recommended.

I purchased a pre-owned BMW 540i completely sight unseen from Porsche Downtown LA, and the experience was excellent thanks to Preston Jimenez. He guided me through the entire process, sending photos and updates every step of the way, which made me feel confident buying from a distance. When the car was delivered to me in Roseville, CA, it unfortunately arrived with a major coolant leak due to some third-party “inspection.” I notified Preston immediately, and he was just as upset as I was. He assured me Porsche Downtown LA would take care of it — and they did. I had the car inspected locally, submitted the invoice, and the dealership covered the repair with no questions asked. This really showed me that no matter what you buy or what issues come up, they will stand behind their customers. After a couple of months of daily driving, I’m truly glad I purchased from them.
