I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience so other customers don’t make the same mistake. When I purchased my 2024 Porsche at Porsche Gold Coast, Finance Manager Mike Gao strongly recommended several protection plans. Based on his explanation, I believed the brake protection plan was something I would definitely use because I was told I would need to replace my brake pads during the coverage period. I ended up spending over $3,000 on optional protection products, including one year of scheduled maintenance and the brake protection plan. Only later did I discover that the brake protection plan only covers brake replacement if the brake pads wear out within 36 months or 30,000 miles. If they don’t, the coverage expires and the money is essentially wasted. This critical limitation was never clearly explained to me before I signed. I feel I was seriously misled during the sales process. Had these terms been explained honestly and clearly, I would never have purchased these products. I am sharing this review to warn other customers: don’t rely only on what you’re told. Read every contract carefully and make sure you fully understand what you’re paying for before signing. I expected honesty and transparency from a Porsche dealership. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

I’ve bought many Porsches over the years from different dealerships in Long Island, but have never had such a Great Experience as working with Tim S at Porsche Gold Coast. We were professionally welcomed. Tim was truly interested in all we wanted to see. He took us through every 911 on the property explaining the ins and outs of each car. He found the exact car we wanted, his professionalism was 2nd to none. My son was super excited and Tim made us feel extremely welcomed. The pricing conversation was detailed, transparent and easy to understand. The pricing came in more competitive than other dealerships. The Delivery experience was impressive. I explained it was my Sons 11th Birthday and I was telling him it was his car! Although kidding, he took it hook line and sinker as Tim had prepped papers for him to sign… to go along with the Story. Had such a Great Experience I’m thinking about my next car already from Tim and Gold Coast. Nicole was the closing agent and she couldn’t have made the end process more smooth. Paperwork was fully explained, fully transparent and done in 3 minutes. Go Gold Coast!
