Highly recommended for great customer service— he was helpful, honest, patient, knowledgeable far as facts, safety & even Porsche history. John even helped me move everything into the new vehicle and stayed in the parking lot after they had closed for my safety until I pulled off. Alex G was fantastic to work with as my Porsche Ambassador. Since I was purchasing my 911 from out of state, I initially had some hesitation, but Alex made the entire experience smooth and reassuring from the start. Tom was extremely professional and communicative throughout the entire service experience. He made sure I had a way to and from work while the car was being serviced, despite my short notice appointment. Made the entire process easy and smooth. They are very honest as wells I brought my car in for state inspection and they told me the car was in great shape. They only recommended what was needed with no frivolous add-ons or extras. The tech even sent me a video explaining everything he saw with the car. I normally try to avoid dealerships (just figured it was a good place to do the initial inspection since I bought the car pre-owned/ out of state), but I will definitely come back here in the future due to the exceptional level of service on every level.
