I had many bad experiences with car salesman and many neutral ones also, however on the purchase of this car I was very pleased by the service of my salesman Mathieu Boyer. We regularly communicated by text and responses were quick and accurate. He also always took his time to meet when I was choosing options.

I contacted Mathieu Boyer for a test drive on a used car. He’s a decent guy have nothing bad to say about him. But the experience was so bad first I find out that they can’t let me test drive the car by my self. Ive test drove 3 cars in the past week. They verify my license and let me drive the car. I wanted to drive the car and have a moment to my self. But no they treat you like you are some thief and have someone there to baby sit you. Second thing I want to make clear is that i wanted to take this vehicle to a garage for an inspection it was a used car* on top of that. So yeah they are telling me that they don’t like to send their cars for inspections and a whole bunch of rubbish. Very disappointing they should be ashamed. Worst car dealership in Laval do not go here. I strongly recommend to avoid this dealership at all costs for used cars!! Zero stars Replying to the message I’ve received. I’ve went to 3 bmws the past two weeks and a few Mercedes dealerships. Never have I encountered this situation to test drive they take a copy of my driver license and hands me the keys. You guys are the worst company I’ve been to. Couldn’t go on the highway, couldn’t bring to a garage for an inspection and couldn’t go for a test drive and absolutely have a moment to my self and reflect if I really want to purchase this car. It was a 2024 M2 to be exact. I wonder who would even consider buying cars from you. The whole experience was bad. Mathieu was nice but I guess the higher ups are the ones making these rules about what they can do and can’t do so it has nothing to do with him. PORSCHE LAUZON Ruined it for me drive that m2 over to the BMW across I’ll go pick it up. I want no business with you guys have a very good day.

Great experience at Porsche Lauzon. Specifially, Mr. George Emile Tinawi is very knowledgeable and professional as a salesman. Hard to find friendly customer service and people that actually know their product from A to Z. His passion for cars, and more specifically for porsche shows!outstanding overall. I would give 6 stars if i could honestly… also there for you even after sales.
