Amazing experience at Porsche North Scottsdale! Mark made my first Porsche purchase incredibly easy and enjoyable. My car was fully detailed and waiting for me in the delivery room when I arrived, which made the experience feel very special. They also gave me top dollar for my trade-in, and the entire process was smooth, professional, and hassle-free. By far the best and easiest car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Bought a new 911 last summer, and leased a Taycan last month. Dennis was our sales rep for both, very nice helpful guy. Finance people were not pushy about pre-paying for extra services. Both experiences were great, the facility is beautiful. I can say that after you’ve acquired an initial Porsche there, they make the second transaction more flexible, e.g. accepting a check for the deposit and taking the car that day as opposed to the first purchase, we couldn’t pick up the car until the wire transfer (full price) had cleared. Also, having had a Tesla before the Taycan, the Tesla app is 100x better. Takes some ChatGPT’ing to figure out how to set up everything, and to link Porsche financial into the MyPorsche app. The Taycan, however is much nicer than a Model S. Was also able to negotiate a good deal on the lease, whereas on the 911, obviously we paid sticker. No wiggle room there. It was actually an order that didn’t carry through and we lucked out it was on the floor that day. We were glad to know we could use our in home Tesla wall charger with the Taycan using an approved adapter. Lastly, the maintenance bay is unlike anything I have ever seen lol. Super high tech.

I recently purchased a Cayenne S from Porsche North Scottsdale and had such an outstanding experience that I felt compelled to share it. From the moment I walked in — literally 10 minutes before closing — Ken greeted me with genuine kindness. Instead of rushing me out the door, he grabbed the keys, took me on a test drive, and patiently walked me through the car. I never felt pressured or hurried, and I knew right away I wanted to work with him. Throughout the entire process, Ken kept me updated. There were a few unavoidable shipping delays due to the hurricane, but he communicated clearly the whole time — even sending me a “sneak peek” photo when my car arrived in Arizona. The day I picked it up, the presentation was thoughtful and fun, and he took the time to go over everything with me. He even encouraged me to come back in a couple weeks if I wanted a refresher. Ten days later, he called just to check in and make sure I was happy — which says a lot about his level of care. Christian, who walked me through the warranties and paperwork, was equally helpful. He explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and made what normally feels overwhelming feel easy and straightforward. Overall, the experience was professional, friendly, and truly enjoyable from start to finish. Highly recommend Porsche North Scottsdale — and especially Ken and Christian.

Val is the best. She found this car after looking at many others that were great but not perfect. She felt that and went to work and found perfect. She is awesome. The process from there was easy, transparent and I appreciate the standards of this dealer.
