Brittany and Chris in the service department of Porsche give exceptional, outstanding, white glove-like customer service. Servicing your vehicle can be stressful, but with the level of care these two give, you forget you’re even in the service department. The service department anywhere is the last place you’d expect to be treated with this unmatched level of customer care. Great pair. Very impressed.

There isn’t a better Service Staff anywhere! The team, Brittany, Nathan, and each service technician are Top Shelf. I own two Porsches. Whenever I’ve brought them in for regular scheduled maintenance or something else, I’ve been greeted and treated like a valued customer. Just because you own a premium vehicle, doesn’t mean you always receive “premium” service. The team at Porsche of Chattanooga will do whatever it takes to provide the Excellent Experience. I’ll always be a loyal customer where they treat me this way.

I recently had my car serviced at Porsche of Chattanooga and Nathan Long was so helpful and professional. The service department sent me videos of the work that they did on my car which truly provides peace of mind as they go over everything they do to your car. The entire staff at this particular dealership is amazing. They know their product and they all go out of their way to ensure that you have all your needs met. From the front door to the exit this dealership provides top notch service 10 out of 10 recommend. !!

I do not recommend this dealership at all. They leased me a car out of state and 9 months later, I still don't have license plates. I got a letter 6 months later stating the dealership did not send the correct fee to the DMV -- the top of the letter says "ADDITIONAL FEE DUE." Now they are frustrated I am still calling and Jonathan is telling me "your state" lost the paperwork and that other states are easier to deal with (sorry!). He says this hasn't been their fault for 6 months, which is weird because only 3 months ago, I got a letter stating they didn't pay the correct registration fee. I'm now being told I need to go to the DMV and sort it out with them myself. But I'm still waiting for them to send me whatever correspondence they have with the DMV so I even know where to start. In the meantime, I am paying lease payments on a car that has no plates, and is subject to impound if I get pulled over. I don't think it's crazy that when you pay a registration fee to the dealership, the dealership actually gets your car registered so you can drive it.
