Kelli Parker……There are not enough words to describe how awesome she is!! To set the scene. I live in NC. My cousin who lives in SA has a Taycan like me.I was looking for an extended warranty on my 22 CPO. I explained to Kelli what I was looking for. She explained to me that based on my remaining 4yr mfg. warranty which expires next year and my 2 yr CPO which kicks in afterwards that I didn't need to look at purchasing an extended warranty until 2028 !!! I called 3 dealerships and none of them mentioned this to me.They all tried to sell me a warranty. If I could give her 100 stars I would. This is what customer service is about. Not trying to rip someone off but helping them. Hell my next Porsche purchase will be with Kelli !!!
