Had a great experience purchasing my first Hyundai from Dan; have driven a Jeep for the past 30 years. Dan and Eric were kind and explained everything I needed to know about my new Kona. Lots of laughs and no stress at all. Thanks to all there, keep up the great work.

I live in Thunder Bay, ON. Sometimes long-distance purchases can be perilous. Not so with Port Hope Hyundai! From my first personal contact with Derek and then with Eric and Jessica, I have received over-and-above service. They are thoroughly professional yet, at the same time they are delightfully personal. The dealership was recommended to me but my experience with these folks surpasses a recommendation. You won't be disappointed.

This review is coming from Don‘s wife Patty. We were about to sign a deal for our Tucson went on unfortunately passed away. Derek Ecker sales consultant was most empathetic and understanding of my situation. Both Eric in finance and Dylan,manager were very kind and considerate and agreed to hold the car for me for as long as it took for me to work out the finances. Three weeks later I picked up my Tucson and Derek was there at my side with patience kindness, and understanding leading me through all the technology of the vehicle. From the moment we walked into the dealership we were greeted by friendly knowledgeable (with a great sense of humour!) staff. We were walked thru the process and shown the vehicle we were interested in then taken for a test drive then we went out on our own drive....back at dealership afterward everyone was amazing and walked us thru the purchase process and we felt we made a great choice in dealership and vehicle. I went to Lauria Hyundai today to inquire about snow tires. I was directed to the parts department where a lovely girl named Jessica took so much time to explain my options. She took me out to the service department and showed me what was available. She looked through her paperwork to see if she could fine me a special for my car type. She explained everything in detail so a senior like myself could understand. Jessica was so pleasant and dropped what she was doing so she could serve me. And excellent employee and Lauria should be grateful to have her on staff. Keep up the good work.
