I went to port Jeff jeep on one of the coldest days of the year, was just walking around looking, and was greeted outside by rich. I was wearing a big jacket, gloves, hat all the works and he was only wearing a sweater. That didn’t stop him, he walked the whole lot with me showing me everything and was very honest about everything. He told me about one truck specifically and I didn’t even have to think about it I was sold. He made the buying experience so quick and easy and I never felt like I was getting pressured into anything like most salesman do. Thanks for everything rich!

It was great working with Port Jeff CJDR. After wasting my time and fuel getting jerked around, baited & switched by Nissan dealers, it was such a relief to stumble upon a MINT, low mileage Altima at this establishment. Price was as advertised with no surprise fees and the process was tremendously helpful. Rich Liquori was fantastic. Amazing communication and follow up in the week I waited for the car to hit the lot. He reserved it just for me to see for a very small, fully refundable charge and had it detailed beautifully. It's rare to find empathetic and fair people in car sales these days, but Rich was all of that. I hope to work with him again in the near future when my wife looks for another car. The second I walked in the door, John "JT" Moran & his courteous team focused on getting me into the perfect truck for my needs & budget. Zero pressure from John in sales or the manager Anthony. They even worked on my trade to give me more than other ram dealers on the Island! Best of all no hidden fees in Finance with Adam. The entire team exceeded my expectations & to top it all off the guys upfront like Mario even took the time to go over my truck knowing I had already purchased the truck. After all of the above they delivered the cleanest Limited 2500 truck with more features than expected.
