From scheduling the appointment to driving off the property everything was easy, convenient, professional, timely and comfortable. Service personnel greatly enhanced the service experience with their friendly demeanor and attention to meeting our needs. The waiting area is very comfortable, clean and well maintained with coffee and water refreshments. Findings of the service and inspection were immediately brought to our attention and information relating to cost, necessity and options provided. Service staff was available by text and/phone during whole process. Upon completion we were briefed about results and offered opportunity to relate any questions or concerns we may have had. Payment was a snap and staff there were extremely friendly as well. Great experience!

CARRIE RATZ was our service writer and did a wonderful job of explaining the details of our visit. And the approximate time it would be ready. The waiting area was quite nice and the coffee was great. I would definitely recommend this service department for excellent results with your car or truck.

Bought a Chrysler Pacifica here and Im absolutly obsessed. We had one issue with a warranty thing but I called and it was handled immediatly. I came back the day after I bought it and let them know a sensor for cruise control wasnt working. They fixed it for free, and put me in another pacifica while they fixed it instead of some small car my kids wouldnt all fit in. Everyone is always so nice, welcoming, and helpful. We will deffintly be coming here for all future car purchases.
