The absolute best car purchasing evolution my wife and I have ever experienced. We have owned a goodly number of vehicles over the years. Our interface with sales and leasing consultant Keith Hickey tops the list for quality and thoroughness. This purchase was of a new CRV Hybrid. Keith took his time to explain, in minute detail, all aspects of the vehicle, most of which related to the hybrid system. The new physical plant at Portland Street Honda is simply outstanding. It must be seen to be believed. No detail of client comfort has been missed. Portland Street Honda is simply outstanding in every way possible!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Jan Shane Torres, and he is easily the best salesperson I’ve ever worked with. ​From the start, Jan was incredibly friendly and personable, making the whole experience comfortable rather than transactional. He was never pushy, and his honesty throughout the process was refreshing. Most importantly, he was crystal clear with all the numbers, so there was never any confusion about where we stood. If you’re looking for someone who actually values your time and treats you with respect, ask for Jan.

Just purchased a 2026 Honda touring hybrid. Dealt with Keith in sales and Dave in finance, and it was the easiest finance process I've ever been through. Very down to earth, knowledgeable, and transparent throughout...the way it should be. Lots of inventory. I would highly recommend this dealership if your buying a honda. Worth the trip to Dartmouth.

By far the most incompetent, careless, and unprofessional Honda service center I have ever dealt with in Canada. I reported a clear steering issue and requested a full inspection (air filters, brakes, general check-up). They ignored every single thing I said and only performed an oil change the absolute bare minimum and gave the car back as if everything was fine. To make things even worse, my vehicle had an active maintenance code: A129. Normally, when proper maintenance is done, these codes disappear from the dashboard. After their so-called “service,” the code was still there. When I asked why, their answer was beyond shocking: “Yes, we know. These codes tell us what needs to be serviced.” So if you KNOW what the vehicle needs… Why didn’t you do the required maintenance? Why didn’t you ask me? Why didn’t you at least INFORM me and let me decide whether I wanted the service done or postponed? Their approach was lazy, clueless, and completely unprofessional. They wasted my time and showed zero understanding of their own job. Their attitude was dismissive and almost mocking like they truly had no idea what they were doing. I’ve serviced my vehicle at Honda dealerships across multiple provinces, and this location is easily the worst, most useless, and most incompetent one I have ever encountered. Avoid this place at all costs. I wouldn’t trust them with even the simplest maintenance job.!!!!!

I bought my 2026 a Honda CRV Hybrid Sport here. Jan Shane Torres was the salesman that aided me, he was excellent to work with. He made sure I had all the knowledge I needed before purchasing this vehicle and made it very comfortable to ask questions. He was super informative and helpful. My CRV is great!
