Post Falls Volkswagen

Highly disappointed. My husband paid for me to get my car detailed for Mother’s Day! dropped it off this morning at 830 and was there at 4 when they finished to pick it up! Was told the guy took his time which I was excited about! Gonna have a clean car ! My car came back and looked like they just dusted the inside .. and damaged my seat by putting a hole in it plus the seat they cleaned looks ruined 😭 tried blaming my car seat but it didn’t have a dent like that before.. genuinely upset and didn’t get much help when I told someone about my concerns

Bought a 2023 voltswagon tiguan and Kayla helped us she was absolutely fantastic. Very open with us about what we were thinking and helped it happen. Huge thanks to Dallon for helping us get approved for a car. Yes we have had some bad luck and issues but the approach the owner the service team and some others came involved and helped solve it was amazing. There customer service is fantastic. And people make mistakes but I thought it was awesome how it was handled and taken care of. Definitely gained my trust and buisness

Troy was awesome to work with. My process was smooth and fun, for buying a vehicle. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and he fully respected that! No gross sales tactics here! Very very pleased and will be using him again in the future!!

I had a wonderful experience at post falls Volkswagen! After a week of exploring other options and dealerships and coming up short I thought I was out of options. However after visiting post falls vw the financial department was patient and went above and beyond when it came to both getting me into the car I wanted and working with my less than desirable credit. My salesperson Dylan was incredible, set the expectations and then exceeded them, I highly suggest post falls vw if you’re looking for a place with fantastic customer service and a smooth car buying experience!

Worked with Jordan as my sales person, have had terrible experiences before with dealerships other than Dave Smith Motors. Post falls Volkswagen has a good set up there 10/10 would buy again Jordan was super helpful and understanding, will send everyone I know that wants a Volkswagen his way!
