We recently brought our truck in for service and once again had the pleasure of working with Renee as our service advisor. Her customer service is truly top-tier. She takes the time to answer every question thoroughly, keeps you informed throughout the process, and somehow manages to make the whole experience easy and stress-free. On top of that, she’s genuinely fun to talk to, which makes a trip to the dealership feel much more personal and welcoming. The last time we were in, we had an issue with the bill and something that should have been covered under warranty, and Renee handled the situation beautifully even though some of the circumstances were completely out of her control. She stayed professional, communicative, and did everything she could. The owner-Chad also went above and beyond to make things right and correct the mistake which we really appreciated. This level of service is exactly why we continue to make the 40-minute drive to this dealership rather than going to the local Dodge dealership in coldbrook that is down the road from us. When you find people who truly care about their customers and stand behind their work, it’s worth the trip. Huge thanks to Renee and the Chad for consistently providing such a great experience. We cannot wait to purchase our next truck from these guys!

Upon accepting delivery of my truck purchased from Pothier’s in July 2024, I identified improper installation of the rubber running along the roof line above the drivers side doors (ie - back 6” or so was taped down). I was disappointed to see quality control wouldn’t have caught something so obvious, but simply brought it to the attention of the sales representative. His solution at the time was to add a small price of 3M tape to hold it down and ask Service to order a new rubber for installation. While I personally thought greater effort could have been given at that time, I was unfortunately pressed for time and accepted this temporary resolution, so I will not criticize in that regard. This issue became on the service side of things and the intended eventual fix. Upon calling to book my first service, I notified them of the issue that was said to be noted on my file at the time of accepting delivery; however that had not occurred. Again, no big deal as they said they’d order it in and have it there to install when the truck came for servicing. When I arrived to have the first service completed, the rubber was not installed as promised (I can’t recall if it was because they didn’t have it, or because they didn’t allow sufficient time, but either way it wasn’t resolved), so I was advised a separate appointment would be required. While I’ve always tried to be loyal to the dealership I purchase from for servicing, I was not willing to travel 1.5 hours each way solely to have something fixed that never should have been an issue to begin with. As such, I advised them it would have to wait until the next service. Fast forward to the next service, which was booked to specifically include the installation of the rubber, and it was again not installed, this time because the weather conditions were not ideal given the time of year. While I can understand the reasoning to a point, that could of been communicated at the time of booking vs at the time of service delivery. In short, I’m personally quite disappointed in the level of service received and would have certainly expected better. I recognize all businesses have things slip through the cracks from time to time, and maybe this is just one of those things, but I feel the situation could have been handled much better and an increased acceptance of responsibility would have been nice to see. Pre-covid I likely would have given a one star review for this level of service, but frankly, there seems to have been a decline in service levels across the board since Covid, so I’ve been generous with a three star review (IE - likely not the worst service out there, but I’d certainly be striving to do better).
