I just bought a used vehicle from Poughkeepsie Nissan and it was a great experience! Scott Marsh in Sales was polite, straight forward and really listened. He’s on it!! Micheal Daddonna took my info from an online inquiry (I believe) on a Tuesday and by Wednesday afternoon I had my car!! It all went really smooth. Loved everything about my experience!

Are things changing in the dealership world or is just Poughkeepsie Nissan more about the customers then their own pockets! My dad needed a car because my sisters car broke down and he was going to let her take his older car over. He wanted to go with a lease to keep his payment down. Also something similar to what he had it was a VW’s crossover. Only thing is my father is busy 20 hours out of the day so he asked if I could help. He was open to anything as long as it was reliable and a great deal. Did my research and saw Nissan had a great deal on their 2026 Rogue Platinum trim. I like to check local and wow Nissan PK had a crazy dealer discount on top of the great incentives that the manufacturer was giving. Reviews looked great almost 5 stars. Decided to check their social media and saw Britney Rice who seemed to have a great all around personality. I don’t like egos because some dealerships won’t sell you a car just based off you getting a good deal over them. Contacted her and she was nice enough to do everything over email. She wasn’t just trying to get me in the door. I looked it over thought it could be better but gave her the respect back of her time and set an appt with her for Saturday. Got there first thing Saturday she was extremely nice and was ready to make a deal. We took the car for a quick test drive even though it was for my dad and he’s had a Rogue before but they updated the engine from the last CVT one that I think was giving trouble. Car felt nice and it was fully loaded top to bottom. Then we sat down and talked numbers. Think we only went back and forth twice before the sales manager Tom who was a really cool laid back guy also and wanted to meet in the middle so we both walk off satisfied. So I did and we shook hands on it and it was a deal. We got my dad on the phone everything was started and all he needed to do was come in and sign the DMV paperwork because they do not do E-signing just a heads up. We chatted a bit about fishing and the price of rent and just the expense to breathe these days and I was on my way in about a total of 2.5 hrs which is amazing especially on the last day of the month. I’ve leased 4 cars in the past 12 years and think this was a record time. My dad went in the next day and it was finalized and he was on his way with his brand new car and he was super happy with the deal. Things are different for everyone based on incentive, discounts and credit. But the price of this car was the best in 50 miles I couldn’t even negotiate on it but they still made it happen. Niko Rullo was so kind and very helpful. He smoothly helped us trade in our 2013 murano for a 2024 nissan pathfinder. He was with us every step of the way and answered every question my husband and I had for him. He quickly rectified an issue with one of our leather seats without hesitation. I cant speak more highly of him or poughkeepsie nissan.

Thank you to Mike Wirth at Nissan! My last car died and I needed something quickly. I had done some research and came in with a vehicle in mind. Test drive was great. Mike was able to work with my credit union and insurance agent to get everything squared away. Was able to take delivery of the truck I liked on the same day. Appreciate that they were able to work with me on a holiday well. Thank you!

I was very impressed with the salesman Brian and the manager Tom they took the time to explain things thoroughly and answer any questions that I had. Their no pressure sales helped tremendously. And I was able to walk out of there very satisfied, with a brand new 2026 frontier !!!
