Pratt Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

My friend rode there with me, and we were taking my Mother's car there for her for some small issue that was covered by warranty. We were immediately greeted by the most friendly gentleman I probably have ever met and we were asked to go to waiting area, from there it only got better, we were greeted by a very pleasant lady who asked us if we would like coffee or a soft drink and a snack, we had our own snacks and drinks not knowing how long or what repair was needed. The level of pride in their business and professionalism exceeded everything. I thought it could. I would recommend anybody to go there to buy an automobile, everybody there was just awesome, and we were there and gone very quickly, there was no holdup and treated like I've never been treated before, especially at a car dealership. Other businesses like hotels and stores should go there, and watch how it is really done. customer service is at the very top level !

So super helpful and willing to get me into a vehicle that fit my needs. I went looking at a wrangler but left in a Gladiator as Kade saw I wanted/needed a truck more than anything. I was able to get the best of both worlds! Thanks again!

I have bought 4 of my last 5 trucks from the Pratt dealership. I return because I am treated like family, given fair deals that benefit both me the customer and dealership. It feels as if you are valued and not just another sale! The staff across the enterprise is friendly, helpful and very accommodating. It nice to always see Ian, the owner, in his dealership, that makes the experience all the better. I will continue to buy from Pratt’s into the future! I have never left the property feeling used, taken advantage of or unhappy. I highly recommend the Pratt dealership for all your automotive needs!

Service was great, 45 mins was out of there. Just one thing that I wasn't happy with, I bought new windshield wipers last week they were in the car, I ask if they could put them on for while the service was being done. They did but charged me 13 dollars for it. Lol, I have bought 100 grand worth of vehicles there in the last 4 years or so , so I wouldn't think they would charge an extra 13 dollars in labor for putting wipers on.

Just spoke with Charlie (front desk). She was very unprofessional and didn't seem to have any idea of what she was doing. Also, she can't transfer you to anyone because she doesn't have their extension. Charlie said, she was the lowest on the totem pole. Charlie did guarantee they'll look at my truck by the end of the week. I guess she has that much power..kinda skeptical about that. UPDATE: Service GM Nathan called me and was very professional. He apologized and took care of my problems efficiently and compassionately. My family is looking to purchase two vehicles in the next 4 months. Nathan saved our business with Pratt.
