Do not trust this dealership and sales person ,Mark. They hided lots of issues in the car from me, they did not apply the inside rust proofing product and still charged me for that. Their rust proofing price are much higher than other acura dealership. Very bad attitude from sales person. They dont honor their word as well. Worst experience with this dealership. After just a week after purchasing the car from them, lots of software issue appeared with car. I wish i could have return the car to them and not to deal with them any more

Buyer Beware!!Their certified pre-owned vehicles do not undergo any kind of reconditioning. Read the rest of the reviews, I'm not the only one that's been burned by these guys in the same way. Sales associate Alexandre Thibault provided assurance that the vehicle I was purchasing had already undergone a 125-point Acura certified pre-owned inspection. After purchasing the car and bringing it to my my mechanic, I was notified that the two front tires were worn well past the 50% Acura says is the limit before replacement for a certified pre-owned vehicle, the oil was not changed as per Acura's guidelines, the cabin and engine air filters were almost black (see picture) and not replaced as per Acura's guidelines, the floor mats had salt stains, and one of the tires was mounted backwards on the car (they are directional). Sales manager Marc Lessard's remedy for these issues was to offer me used entry-level Goodyear tires that I would have to drive hours to collect. Having declined his offer and instead requested to be reimbursed for the more than $1100 it has cost me to get the vehicle to Acura certified pre-owned condition, I simply do not get responses anymore.

I like the service they always give me when I do my service for my vehicle. Always respond my concerns and provide with good information of my vehicle.
