Precision Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

I took my jeep to a couple different mechanics trying to save money and fix my HVAC issue. Well none of them were able to fix it without the issue coming back after a week. I finally called Brian over at Precision and he assured me his mechanics could find the problem. He was accurate, and specifically Mike, found the electrical problem I’ve been having for 2 years! I ended up spending more money in the long run trying to avoid dealership prices when I should have just came here first. They even popped back in my back driver side corner panel and glued down a loose cosmetic ring around my shifter that was loose when I bought it. All for nothing extra. Thanks guys I will be bringing my jeep back if any future problems arise!

Overall experience was great. RJ, who I worked with was excellent. Only complaint was the 3% fee on credit card charges which amounts to a very steep additional charge. I have not experienced this at any other shop I've dealt with recently. This will affect those who don't have rhe cash on hand on top of rhe repair itself. Otherwise a very positive experience.

I came to Precision with a tough request. They were able to get me out of my current lease and into a better vehicle at the same payment. They are super easy to deal with. No haggling. No high balling. No bait and switch. Just straight up, honest guys. I have now bought at least 6 cars from them. There’s no other dealer I would trust more than Precision!

This the best place to take your Chyrsler or Jeep to get it fixed. They are honest, they don't jerk you around. They don't break something else while it's there (I am sure you have all had that happen to you), your car doesn't sit for a week without anyone looking at it, they tell you if they actually found something which saves on repeat trips for the same problem (I am sure you have had that happen to you as well), there is no 1 hour wait to get checked in. AND the best part, you get service with a smile, not people walking around not wanting to work there. There is a dealership 3 miles from my house and 5 others 5-6 miles away. I drive 35 miles to this place for a reason. Take it for what it worth and trust me, I am as anul as you can get. These guys know what they are doing. Ask for Brian, he is very personable.
