Precision Toyota is the best local car dealership and better than others we worked with in other states. The sales, finance, and service/parts teams deliver top notch customer care. We have purchased 2 cars from Precision Toyota - 2023 and 2026 RAV4 Hybrid Woodland Edition and both car buying experiences were amazing. Anthony Vega was our sales rep and helped customer order the cars. He placed the orders on launch day so we received one of the first Woodlands in the US in 2023. Anthony made the purchasing experience streamline with the finance team (Quincy) and had us done within in hour. We really appreciated the transparent pricing of the cars without “market adjustment pricing” found at other dealerships. The service/parts team is also phenomenal. They make it easy to schedule the biannual service checks and are always on time. They even worked in some recall repairs at same time as scheduled service checks. The service/parts team also offered a complimentary replacement of a damaged roof rack on the 2023 Woodland. We liked our experience with Precision Toyota so much that we went back to them in 2026 when we unexpectedly needed a new car. Anthony again was able to place a custom order on the redesigned 2026 RAV4 Hybrid Woodland and had it delivered sooner than expected. We highly recommend doing business with Precision Toyota if you are in the market for a new or used car. The customer car experience is truly a level above other car dealerships.

Just had to do a quick stop while on vacation and this place is definitely one of the best location I’ve seen so far. The customer service is great, everyone greets you with a smile. They have plenty of vehicles to look at as well. The location is clean, the waiting area is amazing. You’re gonna have to see it for yourself! They have a new system that helps them show you new things about your vehicle and I think it’s great (exterior). We had a pleasure of working with Mr.Ray and definitely had a great experience. Also I noticed they seem to have a really great team! Love that! :)

On 04/30/26, me and my wife purchased a 2024 Toyota XSE. We had a terrific experience, If I could give more stars I would, they went above and beyond to meet us at our needs and get the payment that fits our budget. The process was smooth, and stress free. I have never had this kind of experience at any Toyota dealership other than Precision. I highly recommend this dealership, I like to recognize Junior Martinez the sales man and Quincy. Thank you!

I did not purchase a vehicle from here, I just brought my vehicle in for service since the tire pressure light came on while I was in the area. Better to be safe than sorry. Henry was prompt, friendly & knowledge in service. Waiting in the lounge was quiet, has several seating options as well as enclosed privacy desks which allow you to conduct your work while you wait. If you are in Tucson and absolutely need to get a service related activity completed on your Toyota/Lexus/Scion; this is your place and ask for Henry.

These guys truly care about you! The moment I walked in the door and was greeted by one of the salesman, Ethan, I knew I made the right choice. He asked questions about what I was looking for and I felt no pressure at all. Originally I was looking for a Corolla but the Camry was a much better option!! Ethan was a pleasure to work with, so please hire more people like him!! He went out of his way to even find the car because it was not on the lot but was in the garage going through the inspection process. The car originally was not going to be available but something happened that caused the person originally interested to pull back and that car would not have lasted one day on the lot. He then drove me to the garage where it was being inspected and allowed me to get a great look at it! I was so impressed with him after that for thinking outside of the box. Even though I was not able to test drive the car that day, I knew that car suited me. He also made a video of him walking around the car and showing me what it looked like outside with the sun hitting that beautiful metallic silver! I put the 500 dollars down to hold the car and went back a week later to test drive it. The car was flawless and drove like a dream. I purchased it that day. Ethan was professional and amazing through the whole process, I could not recommend him highly enough! I will now be telling all my customers and family and friends to go see Ethan!!!
