I visited the dealership about two to three weeks ago to have some software recalls updated and my tires rotated. I had an appointment time in advance and arrived about 15 minutes early. Since that visit I have lost two of my locking lug nuts. I was never asked for the key to remove or tighten the locking lugs. If they did rotate the tires I can't tell it, and how did they get the lugs off without the key. Maybe they found the key searching through my vehicle. The visit to complete this work was very long, I sat in the waiting room for at least 2 1/2 hours for what should be maximum 30 minutes to complete. I feel sorry for the other person that was there, his wait was two hours longer than mine and still no answer on his vehicle. I think I can find another chevy/gmc dealer to do my future business with. I will say the people were nice and cordial to deal with.

We contacted Premier using the GMC app, spoke to our dealer, the sales manager and the owner within a several hour period. We were able to easily agree on a price. Our new vehicle was detailed and delivered to our door within 4 hours of our purchase. Couldn't have asked for an easier car-buying experience. I would absolutely purchase from Premier again.
