I want to thank the entire team at Premier Chevrolet for their outstanding customer service. Esmeralda was wonderful to help Colleen and Mike pick out their new Chevy Equinox. She took the time necessary to look at many vehicles and find the one they wanted. Ahmad was great to work with to help them finalize the deal. The finance team was super helpful and ensured they did everything correctly and set them up for a great ownership experience and service at the dealership. I had a great experience working with Jaden during my car-buying process. Buying a car is pretty stressful and overwhelming, but Jaden was patient, helpful, knowledgeable, responsive at all hours of the day (if not his team members were very helpful), honest, kind, and easy to work with from start to finish. He adapted his communication style to my method as I was very busy and couldn't answer the phone as much. He worked hard to return my calls even after hours as we were working through the paperwork, he answered my all of questions even if it involved asking others to confirm, helped me understand the vehicle, the process, and where to go when I needed help (even after the car purchase), and made me feel supported without being pushy. He even answered my partner's call when my partner needed to handle things given the short timeline and I had a lot going on. Even as we were purchasing the vehicle, I saw some smudges and I really appreciated his professionalism, kindness, and follow-through throughout the process. It felt like he genuinely wanted to help me find the right car, tried to get me what I wanted out of the car buying experience with a lot of work behind the scenes, and make the experience as smooth as possible. Jaden was able to do what no other dealership in the area could do. I want to thank Jaden for making such a big purchase feel much more manageable, for getting me the car of my dreams, and doing something no other dealer could do. I’d definitely recommend working with Jaden!

I have never experienced such poor treatment in my life. Your Service Manager, Summer, is one of the most unprofessional individuals I have ever encountered, and I am a disabled veteran. I brought my truck in for a quality issue, and she simply stated, “I am declining this claim,” as if she holds the ultimate authority—comparable to Trump calling in an ICE agent against me. Later, the GM clarified that I have only three months or 7,500 miles to identify manufacturing defects. Coming from a Tesla background over the past four years, I am used to the warranty being based on time rather than days, so I entered this situation with that understanding. However, due to my experience with your service manager, I will never return or recommend Chevrolet to anyone.

Chris Stahl was great to work with. He was very cool, not pushy at all, and made the entire process super easy. I was in and out within about two hours, which made buying a car much less stressful than I expected. I would definitely buy another car from Chris and would recommend him to anyone looking for a smooth, hassle-free experience.
